Frequently Asked Questions

East Park is home to many activities and we understand that it may be a bit overwhelming! Well, don’t fear – we have all your questions answered here!

 

Can I bring outside food into the park?

Outside food is allowed at our picnic tables on the North side of the parking lot. We ask guests to ensure their food stays in this area.

 

Are you licensed?

We have three licensed patios in our park where you can purchase and consume alcohol. No outside alcohol can be brought and/or consumed in any area of the park. Those wishing to purchase and consume alcohol on our patios must be of legal drinking age 19+.

 

When do summer hours begin?

Summer hours begin the Friday after elementary school ends for the school year.

 

Can I exit the park and return?

Yes! You are more than welcome to enter and exit the park. Any guests entering/exiting the water park must have a valid wristband.

 

Is there free parking? What about accessible parking?

Yes! East Park has free parking on-site. If you do happen to come on a day when the parking lot is full, please use our overflow parking at our East entrance (off of Hamilton Road). For accessible parking, please park in any open spot and call 519-451-2950 and one of our crew members will provide assistance.

 

Can I drop my children off and pick them up later?

You are welcome to drop your children off as long as they are a minimum of 12 years of age. Guardians/supervisors must be 16 years of age or older.

 

Can I bring my own go-kart helmet?

Guests are welcome to use their own helmet on the go-karts as long as it fits comfortably and is DOT approved (sticker must be visible without damage).

 

Can my children enjoy all the activities?

Children are able to enjoy all activities if they meet the safety requirements. Please see individual activity pages for restriction guidelines.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), debit and cash at majority of our tills.

 

Are pets allowed in your park?

We do not allow pets on property!

 

Does my child need a life jacket?

Children 10 and under are required to wear a life jacket regardless of swimming skills. Anyone over the age of 10 is welcome to wear a life jacket if they feel comfortable. There is a various life jacket sizes, but supplies are limited. Guests are able to bring their own approved life jackets (by the Canadian or US coast guard or a recognized authority). Puddle jumpers and other personal flotation devices are not allowed.
